Our unique “V” design ensures that all landings are unimpeded, as in the event of a fall, climbers will land away from the structure on the absorbent safety surfacing. The boulders are also hand stoned to ensure they are smooth and contain no snags for fingers, feet or clothing.

Climbability: Widest Variety and Number of Holds

Our hand crafted construction allows us to offer a full range of self-draining holds including jugs, crimps, pinches, under-clings, sloppers, side-pulls, ledges and flakes. Our holds are various sizes to accommodate both novice and skilled climbers. With hundreds of holds per piece, climbers are able to fully circumnavigate the boulder and experience new challenges on every climb.

Aesthetics: The Most Natural Rock

Our boulders are available in granite, quartzite or sandstone colours. A clear coat sealer protects them from the elements and allows graffiti to be easily removed.

Shipping, Installation and Durability

The boulders are shipped as one piece and can be lifted with the built in lifting eye or the forklift channels built into our larger boulders. Our 6500 psi fibreglass reinforced concrete mix results in superior strength and durability allowing us to offer our industry leading 15 year warranty.

Signage

With the purchase of any RockCraft boulder a sign is provided at no cost to give climbers useful tips for traversing the boulder. The sign is to be displayed on site. A great option for displaying the sign is on the RockCraft Signage boulder! The Signage boulder has a flat face for displaying the sign and is available for purchase with any climbing boulder. Custom designs for Signage boulders are also available to include any additional information for the park.

Layouts

Want to double or triple your climbing fun? RockCraft offers custom site planning that will allow for your area to include enough boulders to keep climbers always occupied! We also offer a ropes course that connects two or more boulders together. Climbers can have the fun of balancing on a combination of ropes as they move from boulder to boulder, creating more of a challenge and longer route possibilities.

Custom Finishes

All our boulders are offered in granite, quartzite and sandstone finishes. If you provide us with a sample of your local stone, RockCraft can also match any boulder to your natural landscape. All RockCraft pieces have fossils incorporated into their design to give climbers the most natural look and feel of real rock.
